RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days from delivery.

Please note: orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed. They will have to be returned back for a refund.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (minus the initial delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery to you.

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

Any free gift that was given as part of any promotion should also not be opened or used, and should be returned back to us, if you require a refund.

 

Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit/gift card used.

Please email info@eloisebeauty.com for a returns form and address. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received. Please obtain proof of postage, as ELOISE BEAUTY LTD will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive at our office.

Please Note:
We will not provide a refund if goods show signs of use. In such circumstances, we will notify you and you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification, after which period the item will discarded.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we would be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by emailing us at info@eloisebeauty.com

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your product:

  • 1. Email us at info@eloisebeauty.com for a returns form.
  • 2. Fill out the returns form including Name and Order Number.
  • 3. Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.
  • 4. Please send all returns to the address on the returns form Customers are responsible for return charges.

please note we do not issue returns labels. 

If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days from delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
