Pre-Order

Please follow these steps to successfully pre-order your product:

• Simply go to the ‘Shop’ section on our website.
• Select the brush/makeup product you want.
• Then continue to checkout and purchase your chosen item(s).

Once you have pre-ordered, you will get confirmation and be updated when your product is available and ready to be shipped out.
We provide a secure delivery option of 2-10 working days of dispatch.
Our products are limited in stock so don’t miss out!

Please follow the above instructions to pre-order. For your pre-order to be complete, you have to purchase the product. We will then keep you informed with an accurate delivery date. When pre-ordering, you will still be charged for postage.

As we are a UK brand, our prices are in GBP. You can change the price at the checkout to your own currency. Please note, prices in GBP do not reflect all currency. Your Bank/PayPal may also convert the price of the product to your rate of currency.

Please Note: If you purchase a Pre-order product with a product that is still in stock, your items will be delayed for dispatch, and will be sent together with your pre-ordered items.

Please be aware that all pre-ordered items are on an estimated guideline for dispatch, which on occasion may be altered. If a delay of failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will not be held liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you.
