Other Informations

Sadly, due to the terms of postage with FedEx/DHL , we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as we require a recipient at the shipping address to be available to receive the item. If you are unable to receive your item on the day of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery, or collect from your local depot.
Countries may impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad. These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control, and are paid to the governing state of the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes. If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt at our facility in the United Kingdom, you will be refunded for your order. ELOISE BEAUTY is not responsible for any packages gone missing due to leaving it with a neighbour or in a safe place with the instructions you have left with the driver.
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
